Where the community comes together

ASCENSO brought together mid-to-senior level professionals across technology, finance, and consulting for a spring networking evening centered on intention-setting, curated speed networking, and new connections. In recognition of Small Business Month, Doce Mezcal curated a custom cocktail menu for guests as the community gathered to build relationships and bloom into new opportunities.

We joined ALPFA New York for their first social of the year and also attended Mastercard's Black History Month event. It was a chance to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new people through conversations that felt real and easy.

We hosted an event at LSEG NYC with speaker Andres Oliveros and host Raquel Galan. Everyone came in open to meeting others and left having learned something new and built real connections. The conversations were intentional and the energy in the room stayed with us long after the event ended.

We spent two days at the USHCC Conference surrounded by leaders, entrepreneurs, and partners focused on creating more opportunity in Hispanic communities. We had conversations with banks, fintech companies, and community leaders and left with new ideas and relationships we are continuing to build on.

We joined EY and members of the community for a BRG leaders mixer during Hispanic Heritage Month. It was a space to meet new people, share experiences, and feel the pride that everyone brought into the room. The energy made it clear how strong this community is.

Our first event in New York City where over 100 professionals came together to start building what ASCENSO is today. People from different companies and backgrounds showed up ready to connect. It set the tone for everything we are continuing to grow.
